  • For hair appointments, your slot is held only upon deposit payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your preferred scheduling, but availability cannot be guaranteed until confirmed.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when making a booking. Inaccurate information that results in errors or delays in service delivery is the responsibility of the client.

04

Payments & Deposits

All prices quoted are in United States Dollars (USD). We accept payment via the following methods:

  • Cash App — Preferred for quick transactions
  • Zelle — Available for US bank account holders
  • PayPal — Available for domestic and international clients
  • Venmo — Available for qualifying transactions

05

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Design & Creative Services
  • Deposits paid on design projects are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • If a project is cancelled before work commences, the deposit may be refunded at our sole discretion.
  • Client-initiated cancellations after work has begun will forfeit the deposit, and any additional work completed may be billed accordingly.
  • If we are unable to complete your project due to circumstances on our end, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.
Custom Apparel Orders
  • All custom apparel orders are final sale once production has begun. No returns or exchanges on custom-printed items.
  • If your order contains a defect caused by our production error, we will reprint or refund the affected items at no additional cost.
  • Size exchanges are not accepted for custom orders. Please ensure all size information is accurate before approving your order.
  • Client-approved artwork that prints incorrectly due to a client error in the approval process is not eligible for a reprint at our expense.
Hair Appointments
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled appointment may be eligible for a deposit credit toward a rescheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment will forfeit the deposit in full.
  • No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may require full pre-payment for future bookings.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in cases of stylist illness or emergency, with as much advance notice as possible.
06

Design & Creative Services Policy

Our graphics design and media services operate on a structured creative process designed to deliver excellent results while protecting both client and designer.

Revision Policy
  • All design packages include a specified number of revision rounds, communicated at the start of each project.
  • A standard project typically includes 2–3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number will be billed at our hourly rate.
  • Revisions must be submitted as compiled, clear feedback — not piece by piece — to ensure an efficient creative process.
  • Scope changes after work has begun may incur additional charges.
File Delivery
  • Final files are delivered digitally via WhatsApp, email, or a shared cloud link after full payment is received.
  • We deliver files in formats appropriate for the service (PNG, PDF, JPG, AI). Specific format requests must be communicated before project start.
  • Source files (AI, PSD, Canva originals) are not included by default and are available for purchase at an additional fee.
Client Approval

Once a client provides written approval of a final design, the project is considered complete. Any changes requested after this point will be treated as new work and billed accordingly. It is the client’s responsibility to proofread all text and verify all details before approving.

07

Custom Apparel Orders Policy

All custom apparel orders are subject to the following terms in addition to the general payment and cancellation policies outlined above.

  • Minimum Order Quantities: Some printing methods require a minimum quantity, communicated during your quote process.
  • Colour Accuracy: Screen colours may vary slightly from printed colours. We will do our best to match your approved artwork.
  • Production Timeline: Standard turnaround is 7–14 business days from deposit and design approval. Rush orders may be accommodated with an additional fee.
  • Artwork Requirements: Supplied artwork must be high-resolution (300 DPI or higher). We are not responsible for poor print quality from low-resolution client-supplied files.
  • Sizing Disclaimer: Garment measurements vary by brand and style. Size guides are available upon request; we recommend ordering samples for large bulk orders.
  • Shipping: The client is responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by postal carriers.

In-House Collections (Jesus Club & LTD): Pre-made garments may be exchanged for size within 7 days of purchase if unworn and in original condition. Custom-printed items from these collections are not eligible for exchange.

08

Hair Services Policy

Our hair braiding and loc care services are performed in-person in the Maryland, USA area. The following policies apply to all salon appointments.

Health & Hair Condition
  • Clients must arrive with clean, freshly washed hair (unless the booked service includes a wash).
  • We reserve the right to decline service for scalp conditions that may be contagious, severely unhealthy, or that could interfere with the quality of the service.
  • If a previously undisclosed scalp condition is discovered at the appointment, additional treatments may incur extra charges.
Appointment Conduct
  • Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and deposit.
  • We operate a respectful, faith-centered environment. Disrespectful or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of the service with no refund.
  • Children accompanying clients must be supervised at all times.
Results Disclaimer

Final results may vary depending on hair texture, length, density, and overall hair health. Providing clear reference photos during booking helps set accurate expectations. We are not liable for results that differ from inspiration photos due to differences in hair type.
